Board approves 188-unit residential development on Middlesex Turnpike

Burlington Board of Health unanimously approves 188-unit Middlesex Turnpike residential development project. The board imposed 17 health-related conditions, including groundwater monitoring and vapor mitigation for a downgradient contamination plume at the MBTA Community Zone site. The board also unanimously approved two residential chicken-keeping permits at 8 Jefferson Avenue and 1 Holly Street.
A geothermal well permit for Fox Hill Elementary School was continued to May 26.
