Burlington Home Sale Prices Span $2.35 Million Gap as Trust Transfers Dominate Deed Activity
Burlington recorded 19 property transfers between July 24 and August 22, but only six deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $270,600 to $2,620,000 with a median of $657,500. The month's top sale was 61 Lexington St at $2,620,000, sold by HCR Construction Inc. to Ali Eghlima as trustee of the Family Legacy Living Trust. Twelve of the 19 transactions, about 63%, involved a grantor and grantee sharing the same surname, typically a transfer into a personal or family trust, and none of those disclosed a price. No street recorded more than one sale during the period.
