The month's top sale was 61 Lexington St at $2,620,000, sold by HCR Construction Inc. to Ali Eghlima as trustee of the Family Legacy Living Trust. Twelve of the 19 transactions, about 63%, involved a grantor and grantee sharing the same surname, typically a transfer into a personal or family trust, and none of those had a price recorded. No street recorded more than one sale during the period.
