Burlington recorded 20 property deeds in the past month, with 11 listing a sale price ranging from $270,600 to $2,620,000 and a median of $737,000. The top transaction was 61 Lexington St, a new-construction sale from HCR Construction Inc. to a buyer's living trust for $2,620,000. Eight of the 20 deeds were transfers in which the same owner moved a property into a personal trust, none with a recorded price, meaning true open-market activity was smaller than the headline count suggests. Sales spread across town with no street recording more than one transaction, and the 11 recorded sales split between one under $500,000, eight between $500,000 and $1 million, and two above $1 million.
