Burlington Home Sales Range From $340,000 to $1.35 Million in Late Summer
Burlington recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, though only nine deeds disclosed a sale price. Those nine ranged from $340,000 to $1,350,000, with a median of $759,900. The period's top sale was 4 Birch St, which sold for $1,350,000 on Aug. 21 to buyer Melissa Maffeo, who the same day sold 106 Winn St for $775,000. Bedford Street and Winn Street each saw two sales. Nine of the 10 undisclosed-price transfers listed matching names on both sides of the deed, indicating trust, estate or family transfers rather than open-market sales.
