The top sale was 15 Maryvale Rd at $1,765,000, sold by Anita and Raumil Shah to Rahul Bapna and Priyanka Mogilicherla. Six of the 19 deeds, roughly a third, were transfers with no price recorded yet, most involving owners moving property into family trusts. Two transfers involved LLC buyers. Thornton Drive was the only street with more than one recorded sale during the period. The data shows steady transfer volume without indicating whether conditions favor buyers or sellers.
