Burlington Home Sales Range From $650,000 To $1.77 Million In Late Summer

Burlington recorded 19 property transfers between July 10 and August 8, with 13 disclosed sale prices ranging from $650,000 to $1,765,000 and a median of $915,000. The top sale was 15 Maryvale Rd at $1,765,000, sold by Anita and Raumil Shah to Rahul Bapna and Priyanka Mogilicherla. Six of the 19 deeds, roughly a third, were transfers with no disclosed price, most involving owners moving property into family trusts. Two transfers involved LLC buyers. Thornton Drive was the only street with more than one recorded sale during the period. The data shows steady transfer volume without indicating whether conditions favor buyers or sellers.
