Burlington recorded 18 property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, with 11 sales showing a recorded price so far. Prices ranged from $695,000 to $2,400,000, with a median of $897,000. The period's top sale was 3 Brantwood Lane, which sold for $2,400,000 on Sept. 16. Seven transfers have not yet posted a sale price, a normal lag in deed data; most of those involved matching family names or a shift into a trust rather than an open-market sale. Recorded prices split fairly evenly across three tiers, from under $800,000 to over $1 million, and no single street recorded more than one sale.
