The month's top sale was 15 Maryvale Road at $1,765,000, sold by Anita and Raumil Shah to Rahul Bapna and Priyanka Mogilicherla. Six sales listed no price, each involving a transfer within the same family or into a trust, including three separate transfers on Francis Wyman Road. The data shows a wide price spread but no single trend across the period.
