Burlington home sales span $1.1 million gap between low and high in July

Burlington recorded 19 property sales between July 3 and Aug. 1, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Disclosed prices among 13 of those sales ranged from $650,000 to $1,765,000, with a median of $915,000. The month's top sale was 15 Maryvale Road at $1,765,000, sold by Anita and Raumil Shah to Rahul Bapna and Priyanka Mogilicherla. Six sales listed no price, each involving a transfer within the same family or into a trust, including three separate transfers on Francis Wyman Road. The data shows a wide price spread but no single trend across the period.
