Burlington recorded 18 property transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, with sale prices available for 10 of them, ranging from $665,000 to $2.2 million and a median of $837,500. The month's top transaction was a $2.2 million sale on Sept. 30 between sellers Mark and Keila Marrocco and buyers Kafu and Cindy Chu, though the deed record listed no street address. Mill Street and Lexington Street each saw two transfers. Eight of the 18 recorded transfers, several involving matching family names or trust entities, have no price on file yet, which reflects the usual lag in registry data rather than withheld information.
