Burlington recorded 18 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, with 11 carrying a recorded sale price ranging from $665,000 to $2.2 million and a median of $875,000. The month's top transaction was a $2.2 million sale from Mark A. and Keila Marrocco to Kafu and Cindy Chu; the deed record does not list a street address. Eight of the 11 priced sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, while three topped $1 million. Several transfers, including properties on Mill Street, Stanwood Street and Morrison Road, moved between family members or personal trusts without a recorded price, a pattern consistent with estate or trust planning rather than open-market sales.
