Burlington sales split evenly between full-price disclosures and family trust transfers in late summer
Burlington recorded 17 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with nine sales disclosing a price ranging from $650,000 to $1.7 million and a median of $819,000. The month's top sale was 23 Patriot Road, which sold for $1.7 million on Aug. 10 to Bledi and Vjollca Furxhi. Two condo units in the same building at 225 Middlesex Turnpike Ext also sold, for $999,000 and $1,059,000. Eight transfers listed no price, six of them apparent trust or family transfers rather than open-market sales, meaning roughly half the recorded activity offers no pricing signal for buyers or sellers to draw on.
