Burlington Schools Open Final-Exam Season Tuesday as End-of-Year Events Stack Up

BURLINGTON -- Burlington families are days away from a packed end-of-academic-year schedule, BHS final exams, grade-level celebrations, and a Juneteenth holiday, while the town's official news channels and school district communications produced no new announcements on Flag Day Sunday.

Tuesday–Wednesday, June 17–18: BHS Final Exams begin, Periods 7 and 6 on June 17; Periods 5 and 4 on June 18. On June 18, a Financial Aid Event runs 6–7 p.m. in the BHS Auditorium, and the Marshall Simonds Middle School Final Fling fills the cafeteria 6:30–9 p.m.

Friday, June 19: Juneteenth Holiday, no school district-wide.

Monday, June 22: BHS Final Exams continue with Periods 3 and 2. The MSMS 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony is set for 6:30–7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, June 23: BHS Final Exams conclude with Period 1 and make-up exams.
