Capital Committee Approves $9.1 Million in Public Works Projects

Burlington Capital Budget Committee votes 6-0-0 on $9.1 million public works plan. Under Chair Mark Woods, the committee unanimously approved 12 fiscal 2027 projects presented by DPW Director Brian White, Town Engineer Tom Hayes, and Assistant Town Engineer Meghan Cavalier. Projects include $3.75 million for road and sidewalk paving bonds, $2 million for Mill Pond culvert gate and raw water intake line replacement, and $1.33 million for an EPA lead service line investigation.
