BURLINGTON — Conservation Commission approves minor engineering change after initial rejection on Sarah Street. The board initially voted down the request 2-3-0 for the 12 Sarah Street retaining wall project but unanimously approved reconsideration and then approved the change in a second 5-0-0 vote. Conservation Administrator Eileen Coleman confirmed the stormwater management system was robust.

The Commission also approved negative determinations for two deck projects and incorporated a tree-cutting violation at 8 Nelson Road into a pending Notice of Intent.
