Commission approves permit, continues three development hearings

BURLINGTON — Conservation Commission defers three development projects to April 23. The Commission continued hearings for three applications: at 11 Sears Street, applicant John Muller seeks to demolish a dwelling and build a replacement home with native tree replacements; at 85 Wilmington Road (Plaza 62), applicant Mic Gandhi proposes two new commercial buildings with 29 trees and 29 shrubs in landscaping and stormwater improvements; and at 2 Wall Street, Crosspoint Associates plans to demolish existing restaurants and construct a Chick-fil-A with 506 native plantings and water quality treatment units. The Commission issued a Certificate of Compliance for 120 Wilmington Road, resolving an open teardown and rebuild permit.
