BURLINGTON — The Conservation Commission approved five stormwater and compliance permits and continued two multifamily residential projects to June 25. Conservation Administrator Eileen Coleman presented a reworded Certificate of Completion for 21 Peach Orchard Road and 26 Beacon Street, invalidating a never-used erosion permit after the Planning Board rescinded the subdivision plan. The board unanimously approved certificates for 46 Westwood Street, 18 Druid Hill Avenue, and 3 Brantwood Lane and issued permits for 11 Sears Street and 10 Francis Wyman Road with stormwater systems managing 11 to 19 percent impervious increases and $2,500 security deposits each.
A multifamily residential project at 129-131 Middlesex Turnpike was continued pending applicant submission of LSP data and water quality clarification for a proposed 100-year drainage system projecting 63 percent runoff rate reduction.
