Conservation Commission Approves Maureen Drive Compliance

BURLINGTON — Conservation Commission approves Quinn Builders compliance certification, defers six projects to May. The Commission unanimously approved a Certificate of Compliance for the residential project at 4A and 4B Maureen Drive and authorized return of the $2,500 bond, with Conservation Administrator Eileen Coleman reporting satisfaction with project completion. The Commission also issued a determination allowing tree removal at 1 Brenda Lane after resident Joseph Calandrelli agreed to replant 2 trees.

Six development projects were deferred to May hearings, including residential additions and commercial construction proposals requiring further review of stormwater impacts and wetland buffer zones.
