BURLINGTON — Conservation Commission approves Morrison Road residential project with conditions, continues daycare debate. The Conservation Commission voted unanimously to approve a residential construction project at 23 Morrison Road, including a rear deck and farmer's porch addition, for applicant Christopher Paille, with a $2,500 performance surety and a waiver to plant vegetation in the protected no-disturb zone; it also unanimously issued three Certificates of Compliance for previously filed parcels. A controversial daycare proposal by Foxborough Learning, LLC at 0 Cambridge Street was unanimously continued to February 26, 2026 after public comments raised concerns about flooding, wetlands impacts, and neighborhood protection.
