Burlington Conservation Commission approves wetland permits for three residential projects while opening enforcement actions. Chair Larry Cohen and the five-member board voted unanimously or near-unanimously to issue permits for dwelling reconstructions at 22 Ledgewood Drive, 8 Fred Street, and 36 Upland Road, requiring performance surety of $2,500, $1,500, and $2,500 respectively. The board also issued Enforcement Orders against unauthorized tree cutting and chipping at 14 and 16 County Road, directing remediation of wetland fill.
In officer elections, William Boivin advanced to Chair and Cohen to Vice Chair.
