Burlington Library Trustees elected Kevin Sheehan Chairperson and Sue Russell Vice Chairperson and unanimously approved four amended policies clarifying child supervision rules and streamlining governance. Director Mike Wick secured $10,000 from LIGMEG funds for key fob access expansion and $1,600 from donations for children's furniture after the Children's Room saw a surge in demand for free play. The FY27 budget passed at Town Meeting; the Library received its second State Aid award of $31,979.82 for FY26, totaling $63,746.53 for the year.

The Friends of the Library raised $6,700 at their largest book sale fundraiser, which followed a two-day collection of approximately 1,000 donated books.
