Burlington Planning Board approves lot-line adjustments, FY27 budget. Vice Chair Barbara L'Heureux moved unanimous approval of an Approval Not Required plan for 16, 18, 20, and 22 Hilltop Drive, resolving decades-old property-line discrepancies using a Fodera Engineering survey dated March 3, 2026, after all abutting neighbors agreed to the adjustments. The board also unanimously endorsed the Planning Department's fiscal 2027 budget and continued to March 19 two zoning overlay petitions from The Gutierrez Company for 0 Summit Drive (MCMOD rezoning) and amendments to the Multi-Family Overlay District bylaw, as well as a separate hearing on animal-use zoning clarifications.

An application by Foxboro Learning, LLC for Site Plan Approval at 0 Cambridge Street was withdrawn without prejudice following Conservation Commission feedback and abutting residential opposition.
