BURLINGTON — Planning Board votes 6-1 against placing Verizon wireless equipment atop 8 Kimball Court residential complex. Vice Chair Barbara L'Heureux moved to recommend unfavorably, seconded by Member Jessica Sutherland, with Member Gregory Ryan alone in opposition; board members cited concerns about setting precedent for antennas on occupied housing and noted commercial sites would better serve coverage needs. The board unanimously recommended favorable action on a Zoning Bylaws amendment clarifying commercial uses related to animals.
Member Joseph Impemba's final meeting as a board member was recognized with remarks from Planning Director Elizabeth Bonventre and fellow members thanking him for his service.
