BURLINGTON — Planning Board subcommittee examines 0 Summit Drive residential development proposal, design details remain in flux. Subcommittee members including Planning Director Elizabeth Bonventre and Planning Board Members Barbara L'Heureux and Gregory Ryan pressed Scott Weiss of Gutierrez Company on walkability, transit connectivity, and community benefits beyond tax revenue. Weiss confirmed one- and two-bedroom units with ten percent studios and said affordable units would be distributed throughout the development.
A public hearing opens March 5 at the Planning Board meeting, with further subcommittee meetings set for March 11 and March 25.
