BURLINGTON — Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar, a Mexican restaurant and bar concept, opened its first Massachusetts location at Burlington Mall this week, Burlington Patch reports. The opening gives area shoppers a new dining option as the chain expands to a 12th location nationwide.
