BURLINGTON — Rules Committee votes for five-minute Town Meeting speaker limit and reorganizes leadership. Chair Adam Senesi's committee voted 6-1-0 on the speaker-time recommendation after discussing Town Meeting procedures. Gary Kasky was unanimously elected Chair, Myrna Saltman as Vice-Chair, and Mark Woods as Secretary.
The committee received updates from the Burlington Government Review Committee, which is developing a charter and reviewing town bylaws; and from Kasky's electronic-voting sub-committee, which is analyzing a $12,000 system already in use by neighboring towns without reported issues.
