Burlington Zoning Board approved two applications and advanced bylaw changes. The board granted a variance to homeowners Daniel and Amanda Walsh to add a second level to their slab-foundation home at 9 Cresthaven Drive, finding genuine structural hardship with neighbor support. The board approved a special sign permit for Letourneau's Home Medical Equipment at 34 Cambridge Street and continued a LeMaitre sign permit to August 18.

Member DiBona presented three proposed zoning bylaw amendments for the September town meeting—modifying setback rules for front entries and porches, revising the setback definition, and allowing temporary signs for pending applicants—all receiving unanimous board support.
