BURLINGTON — Zoning Bylaw Review Committee postpones three warrant articles pending Planning Board meeting. The committee tabled discussion of an amendment to the Wireless Districts Overlay Map that would enable Verizon to install transmitting equipment at 8 Kimball Court, as well as the Summit Drive article and an Animal Control Zoning Bylaw amendment, after Planning Board Chair Brenda Rappaport requested delay until the Planning Board meeting scheduled for March 19. Committee members raised concerns that the proposed cellular site appeared to better serve Woburn than Burlington and that no documented service issues had been provided, while noting the proposal would be the first residential building in Burlington to host such equipment, contrary to current bylaws.
