The board voted 5-0-0 on each item, granting a 2.7-foot setback variance at 18A Hampton Avenue to allow a partially constructed front-entry portico to stand at 22.3 feet from the front property line, a decision the chair said fits a recurring pattern the board is considering addressing through process reform. Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar at zero Burlington Mall Road, the former Rosa Mexicano space, received approval for a single illuminated wall sign measuring 2 feet, 8 inches by 40 feet, 8.5 inches, capped at 90 lumens per square foot.
