The board, hearing case 25-18 for 10 Second Ave., was set to weigh a request for relief from the Northwest Park Planned Development District's six-foot sign width limit, Enterprise's application calls for signs measuring nine feet, nine inches wide, covering 30 square feet each, to replace two existing wall signs approved under a 2016 special permit. Permit consultant Heather Dedco, representing National Sign on behalf of Enterprise, said the change amounts to a one-word rebranding from Enterprise Holdings to Enterprise Mobility on nearly identical internally illuminated channel-letter signs. All four members present signaled support, but a square-footage discrepancy in the published legal notice, 29 square feet listed instead of the correct 30, required the board to vote 4-0 to continue the public hearing to February 17, 2026.
