Zoning Bylaw Review Committee · Meeting of April 8, 2026
BURLINGTON — Zoning Bylaw Review Committee rejected wireless overlay amendment, approved animal-use definitions. The committee voted 1-4-0 against adding 8 Kimball Court to the Wireless Overlay District, with member Betsey Hughes citing concerns that certain wording could not be changed once approved by the Planning Board. In a unanimous 6-0-0 vote, the committee approved zoning bylaw amendments aligning the town with state "Ollie's Law" requirements, clarifying definitions and regulations for kennels, animal hospitals, grooming facilities, and home-based dog care services submitted by the Planning Board.
The Summit Drive article was withdrawn without prejudice and will not be discussed further.
