Burlington home sales span $700,000 to $2.4 million as most September deeds await a posted price
Burlington recorded 20 property deeds between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only eight carried a sale price so far, ranging from $700,000 to $2.4 million with a median of $837,500. The top sale was 3 Brantwood Lane at $2.4 million, bought by Chun Mei Chu and Harry T. Ku from Frenchie Weezy LLC. The other 12 deeds, including three involving the Gillis family and two on Mountain Road, mostly list a grantor and grantee sharing a last name and have no price on file yet, consistent with family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales. With more than half of this month's deeds still missing a price, the overall market tone is not yet clear.
