Burlington Sees $1.2 Million Price Spread as Deed Data Still Filling In
Burlington recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with 10 carrying a sale price so far, ranging from $605,000 to $1,825,000 and a median of $777,500. The month's top sale was 43 Winn St. at $1,825,000, sold by Sullivan Family Realty LP to Law Realty LLC. Winn Street and Bedford Street each saw two recorded sales. Eight of the nine transfers without a listed price appear to be transfers within the same family, often into or out of a trust, rather than open-market sales. The remaining nine prices had not yet been entered into the registry record as of this compilation.
