Burlington Home Sale Prices Range From $575,000 to $1.825 Million
Burlington recorded 19 property transfers in the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds from Aug. 28 to Sept. 26, though only seven carried a recorded sale price so far. Prices ranged from $575,000 to $1,825,000, with a $770,000 median. The period's priciest sale was 43 Winn St. at $1,825,000, sold by Sullivan Family Realty LP to Law Realty LLC, the same buyer that also purchased 49 Harriett Ave. for $575,000 the same day. Twelve transfers, mostly trust, life estate and family transactions, have no price posted yet, a pattern typical of the registry's reporting lag rather than any withheld information.
